The travel representative Paula was excellent. She had first hand knowledge of the Island I was interested in visiting so could share the little bits that would not be found in the brochure. I knew straight away that I would be booking the holiday with her as she put me completely at ease and I trusted that she would find the best deal to suit my needs. I have already been back in touch with her to book another holiday and she advised me how to get the best deal for this.
