In had exceptional customer service off a lovely lady called paula.Her knowledge of where we wanted to go was superb. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she didnt mind going over things again and again with me. I am a nervous flyer and she has totally put my mind at ease regarding making sure we are sat together, which is one thing i always worry about. I feel 100% certain that if i need to phone or need help about anything she is only a call away and wont mind me phoning. Over the years we have booked with many travel agents and i can say for sure this is the best customer service i have ever had. Superb, Superb, Superb. Many thanks .
