quick and helpful response

we had problems with a water leak the day after returning from holiday. Didn't receive any help from the water company. Our problem was not covered by our homeserve policy but they were very helpful in assessing the leak and giving a quote for repair. As it turned out our buildings insurance covered the problem but the homeserve staff were happy to wait in reserve until everything was resolved. All our contacts with them were courteous and helpful

good value, good service

ordered fairly small items - the price was cheaper than competitors and delivery within 48 hrs. Also had a phone call within a few hours of ordering to let me know the colour of one of the items ordered was out of stock and suggesting alternative colour. Good service


excellent service and good value

we think the idea of a wild garden mat is great and this should be a good way of bringing our wild flowers to more people. It is too early for us to see any results yet. The mat seems good value and the service from the English Cottage garden nursery was excellent
