Excellent prices - I've used time and time again.
I've bought games, blu rays and clothes from Zavvi and always been delighted with the service and prices. Their weekly Mega Monday deals (running from Sunday-Tuesday) throw up some really great bargains and there's free delivery too. Most items arrive within a week - no hesitation recommending them!

Fantastic - quick delivery and 1st class aftersales service.
I bought some KEF speaker stands which were not only a decent price but were also delivered very quickly (full tracking info was provided and the courier sent me a text the day before to confirm they'd arrive the following day. I was even given the option to change the delivery date and then received a 1hr delivery window on the actual delivery date).
When I contacted Audioaffair with a query about the speaker stands (they didn't appear to fit my speakers even though they're advertised as being compatible), they couldn't be more helpful. They contacted KEF on my behalf, provided the answer that I was looking for and even offered to get the KEF engineer to talk me through the correct set-up process (thanks John).
Based on this experience, I'll be shopping here again and would have no hesitation recommending them!

Excellent Service.
I bought a North Face jacket in size Medium which, going by the standard size guide, should fit me no problem. When it arrived - and it was very dispatched quickly with full tracking details - it was absolutely huge! A quick phone call and the very helpful gent advised me to return it for a refund. Packaged up and returned by Special Delivery, I received an email on the day of receipt it to advise that my refund had been processed. No quibbles or hassle. Based on this experience, whilst the jacked wasn't suitable, I would have no hesitation recommending them for service.

Great service, goods shipped to meet my preferred delivery day. Good correspondence to advise delivery tracking info. When I had a query regarding a missing item from my order (the remote control hadn't been included when the item was shipped from the manufacturer), they arranged a replacement without hesitation. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and will be using again in future.

It's a no-brainer!
Register your details, browse the list of companies offering cashback, click through one or two screens until you get to your online retailer of choice and then shop as normal. The only difference is you're earning a % back every time you shop!! I've made it part of my routine when shopping online to check whether or not cashback is available.
Payouts are relatively quick and can either be cash paid to your bank account or Amazon gift vouchers.
Love it - I don't shop online without clicking through Topcashback first!

Great service!
Bought a Gretsch guitar at a great price (which included free shipping) and got it delivered next working day. I'm always slightly dubious when buying online from a retailer that I haven't used before (especially when they're the cheapest online for the item that I was buying).
However, happy to advise that everything went smoothly. Well packaged and great communication to advise it was en-route (included carrier tracking details etc). Would happily recommend and will be buying from them again!
