Good but need to be told what type of printing will be used.
I got a job reprinted as I was really happy with the quality. As I wanted a bigger quantity to be printed, it wasn't done digitally like the first job. Therefore it didn't come out with the same colours. I was not made aware of different printing processes. Luckily then they did reprint them and I was really happy with them!

In order to provide our customers with competitive prices on smaller quantities, we sometimes print them on our state of the art digital machines. This may cause slight variation of colour in comparison to Lithographic print. I am pleased the problem was resolved efficiently and you were happy with the overall service.
