Not great service initially but they made good

I booked a date so that I could be home to sign for my delivery but instead they delivered it the day before when I wasn't home and so couldn't sign for it!! Basically, as Very.co.uk uses them to deliver there orders they are messing Very.co.uk's customers about.

But after having pasted my review and contacting Very.co.uk they came back today to re-deliver the package and so made good in the end.
