I purchased my 3rd choice for the shower tower the first was from Hudson Reed but unfortunatley it was dicontinued. My only complaint is that it appeared that the website (US) had a glinch. It would not allow me or my contractor to open the installation instructions. The plumber needed these oi continue work on the bathroom. The customer service gentleman, man was not very helpful. When I call customer service the next day Jane Rogers was very helpful, she was very nice and made sure I had everything I needed. She sent me the instructions and all is good.
