Delayed by their carrier spoilt our first experience of ordering from Extera

Ordering appeared to be efficient and easy however they were let down by their carrier delaying delivery by 4 working days. This was a shame as it was our first experience of ordering from Extera.

Thank you for your honest feedback, much appreciated. I must apologise for the level of service you have received on this occasion, we were let down badly by our couriers and will not be using this provider ever again. We have also amended our processes to ensure we escalate quicker and prevent these delays. Once again sincere apologies and I do hope you will consider our services in the future

Supplied Yamaha Drum Machine quickly but omitted one drum stick

The drum machine was received very quickly but only one drum stick was suppied. despite following this up no satisfactory reply has been received only "looking into it". Shame as this after sales experience spoilt the swift despatch and delivery of the item.


Very poor business to deal with

I paid up-front to take advantage of the discount. Goods were received without problem. However, they were very difficult to speak to and take days to reply to emails. when I complained they eventually replied saying that they had increased staff recently. The next time I wanted something from them I inquired by email because they didn't answer the phone. I never got a reply from them. They lost that order as I went elsewhere.
