Ordered a trampoline with tesco direct they sent wrongly, then told me i had to wait a week for it to be collected, i waited in all day to then be told they wouldnt collect and i had to take back to the store and that i would be compensated with money when i got there. This was not true, Nobody in the store had the authority to compensate me petrol money and i was just given a refund for trampoline,so time and money down the drain. When i complained they did refund me with £10 but it was not the point as the customer service reps should not give out wrong advice. Wont be using again
Warranty doesnt cover anything. They put everything down to wear and tear, so that they dont have to pay out. Not worth the paper its written on. Even if you have only just bought the car and not done much mileage they do not help you. Keep away from buying their warranty as will not get anything paid for by them
