Do not deal with this company!!

At first glance Simply Electronics look like a decent and perfectly legit online retailer selling electronics that bit cheaper. You would have no reason to doubt them, at least until you hit the order button.

In fact, this company is at best dodgy and at worst downright criminal. They will take your money, fail to deliver the goods then fail to refund a penny when you cancel. If you do receive anything, it is anyone's guess where it will have come from. This organisation is based in Hong Kong and operates in a number of different countries, ripping off customers anywhere it goes. Just look them up on Google for evidence of this!

I ordered a Samsung Galaxy Note which never arrived. Now I am trying to get a refund. Email support are surprisingly quick and apologetic, but all I get from them is generic excuses like 'rest assured we have escalated the matter' blah blah. They refuse to let me speak to the management and refuse to acknowledge that they are an outsourced, Hong Kong based support team acting for a criminal organisation.

I have had to contact my credit card company to initiate a chargeback. If you order by any other means, I wish you luck in ever getting your money back.

How this company hasn't been shut down is beyond me. All I can say is, stay away and always do your research before buying from a company you have no prior experience of!
