Good price, poor delivery
The only problem was with your couriers. It got here eventually, 2 days late. We waited in both days they said they were coming but they didn't show. There website said they'd been and left calling cards but they hadn't
I'd get different couriers that don't tell lies if i were you!

Sorry to hear you weren't happy with the delivery time. I've investigated the order from start to finish and found that: Your order was placed in the evening at 7.22PM on Tues 29/5. The order was despatched on a next day carrier on 30/5 and DPD carriers say delivery was attempted at 5.12PM on Thurs 31/5 and a card was posted through a brown door (they like to be specific) - This would have achieved next day delivery. They then re-delivered the very next day at 12.40pm which would be 1 day later than we would have expected. DPD are usually exceptionally good couriers (believe me, we have tried them all and DPD hardly ever let us down which is why we stay with them), but they do have 100's of different drivers and if this particular one for whatever reason failed to leave a card on that day I can only apologise on their behalf. I have reported the matter to the depot concerned. Thanks again for your order and I hope you'll try us again in the future. Regards, Robin
