Chose tyres for van which were on offer, unfortunately the tyres were unsuitable for the vehicle, I only found out when I rang the tyre centre.
To check if the tyres were in stock. The tyres I initially chose WERE 6 PLY NOT 8. Whatever that means. This happened in spite of me entering the details of my vehicle and registration. The Web site needs information on van tyres and ply ratings. End result, had to pay more for the tyres. The Macclesfield depot were helpful and I was happy with the service. But I wasted three and a half hours waiting for the correct tyres to arrive.
