good service but no order updates were given

The service I received was what I paid for, only, I never received any updates or order number, I had to ring up to check my order had been dispatched and was going to arrive on time and at the correct address. In other words my order was untraceable. I still have no order number except for the one at the top of my invoice. 100026795
