Charges are way too high, I feel they should be lowered.
Disputed are dealt with horribly, I ended up very out of pocket over a product because you decided to refund my customer despite me having proof of postage! you were horrible and arrogant to deal with

why don't you accept paypal, love your free p&p

I love the free p+p but I'd like it if you'd take paypal. I like that you save my card details so I can checkout from anywhere without my purse. I'd also prefer if it was clear how to apply a search filter to sort 'free super saver delivery' from products that charge for delivery as I always choose free.
