NO customer service & rude staff

I received an email which I think was very rude, from customer services after complaining an order was a completre waste as photograh was on half of the front and half of the back of welcome card !!.
I also think the hidden charges are very high.
I would NEVER use this company again because of the rude remarks from their so called customer services, and would advice others to keep away from them.
