Nabru
Excellent service
Bought a bespoke size corner unit about three years' ago, but decided last year that we wanted a softer base (ie web rather than hardboard), contacted Nabru and not only did they have our original order to hand, they sent me a link with all the details for the new bases completed, all I needed to do was settle up and send the order through.
How fantastic is that? We're happy with the sofa and the fact that we can buy different covers if we get bored with our current ones and indeed change the foam filling when it gives up the ghost. So many more permutations than just buying a one-off sofa that your stuck with for years.
Glasses Direct
Excellent service, great attention to detail.
Had a problem with my original prescription which was almost out of date and, despite Glasses Direct making them up for me, they waited for me to obtain a more up to date prescription and re-made the glasses. As a result I ordered two pairs of spectacles and two prescription sunglasses and have since sent three pairs of older glasses to be reglazed. I'm very happy with the results and cannot thank Katie Foster enough for bearing with me to ensure that I received the right glasses in the end.
