Website is always broken!!
I find the website is broken more often than not. It is extremely frustrating to not be able to access my emails and/or account details, sometimes for weeks on end, so I have taken out another email account with a rival company.

Play.com is always my first port of call for any entertainment/electrical goods. They are usually the cheapest & have a huge selection to choose from. Free delivery is great & tends to arrive within a few days. Highly recommended!

Fantastic service, super easy to use & definitely a safe way of sending & receiving money online. Most companies accept this as a way of payment now which is so convenient as my details are stored and its virtually a one click method of payment. I use it as a buyer & seller & it is definitely my preferred method of paying/been paid despite the fees.
