Helpful service but products are quite poor

I have been using All Sports Awards once a month for approximately 1 year as we use the trophies for a regular monthly award but I am considering finding a new company to use.

We always order the same clear trophy (with amended text) and the service has always been friendly and helpful. However... I have had several issues with the products and have had to ask for replacement trophies quite a few times due to breakages in the post, uneven edge cutting or poor engraving.

I understand that if you do not pay a high price you cannot expect the product to be perfect but it should at least be presentable. Having to wait quite a while for the replacements has caused issues and has been very frustrating. While All Sports Awards offer the best price (that I personally have been able to find) I would advise paying that little bit extra elsewhere.
