I placed an order for bedroom furniture and was told there was a one month lead date on the items...to cut the story as short as possible...4 and a half months later the deliveries arrive. Dreams didn't even know that part of the order hadn't already been recieved as they have no contact with the external company sending the goods. I was told I would recieve both compensation for waiting for the order (£50) and further money off for the several delivery dates I had been given which were cancelled ON THE DAY!
Customer Services (not that they have any!) tried offering me vouchers, yeah right! Then offered only £20 on top of the £50 for the several days off work that I held entitlement to compensation for as part of consequential loss. I still have not resolved the issue even after two complaints to head office (from which I have had no reply). My intention is to go into store tomorrow and ensure I do not leave until the issue is finally sorted.
Biggest waste of time ever and will NEVER EVER EVER use the company again!!!
