Poor from start to finish
The bath arrived past the stated delivery date. When it arrived it was not tethered properly in the van. As a consequence, as we discovered later it was scratched. There was only one delivery person, so he needed help to unload and transport the bath into the house. The company do not supply or stock any fittings at all for the type of bath we ordered. Our plumber had to source the fittings himself as B and Q who the company suggested stocked the necessary fittings did in fact, not do so.
When I raised the issue with the company they said they would replace the bath two days later, only to cancel this and said they did not have another in stock and it would now be a month. A month was too long so we bodged what we could and will look to replace as and when we can.
