Really good software - has massively improved our stock handling and ease of shipping. Would recommend - can be tricky to tinker with, and sometimes it can crash occasionally. However, support are always improving it and adding bug fixes.
This company charge a restocking fee which is not illegal with B2B sales but it is a joke - 25% restocking fee.
In fairness it is in the Terms and Conditions.. but I think it is poor service none the less, we are not asking for postage costs back.

Put a gift card sale through the website. Didnt get the confirmation from River Island but I got one from Paypal. So i rang to check the order went through, I got bounced from one line to the next, called various different numbers. In the end spoke to a manager who insisted they don't accept paypal as a payment. So i asked them to go on their own site and go through the checkout process and buy a gift card as it clearly uses paypal to take payment.
In the end, i have had to send my paypal email to River Island so they can see i paid by paypal as they have no record of my order. I was told it would take 48 hours to get back to me which is fair enough. My main concern is time its taken to solve this issue. A company the size of river island should know which payment services its website is using.
