i want to give more!!

the goods were delivered within a couple of days of the order being placed and i was impressed by the packaging which mainly could go directly into the recycling and it wasn't over packaged - also a genuine product was received when i thought that it would only be generic. it is a shame that so many others have not had such a negative experience - that is the only reason why i have not given 5 stars
