Despite what some customers on here say because they are too stupid to insure their parcel or don't understand what 'non guaranteed' means, if this happens to me Parcel2Go (out of all the courier companies) provide the best customer service and cheapest rates too. If something does go wrong, it's sorted for you there and then and you are kept up to date with what is happening, although sometimes you do have to go on to a chat to find out but hardly surprising considering the number of parcels they send.
