I am not one to normally moan, i have purchased a few superdry items and found even the xl size tight for me but i purchased a windcheater jacket from the Maidstone store about 6 weeks ago, i have moved house since i got the jacket and no longer have the receipt. It was a lovely jacket when i first put it on and was lovely and warm. I first noticed the pocket had a hole in it when my keys ended up inside the lining but more recently i noticed under both arms all the stitching is coming undone. I went to the store and they can do nothing so they gave me the customer care email so i wrote to them again they can do nothing as i have no receipt. Quick enough to take your money but when theres a problem unhelpful. Avoid buying superdry coats
