Reasonable IPhone case at reasonable price

Got a Groupon offer £16 for 2 IPhone 5 photo cases ..... Ordering was awkward getting the voucher to work but eventually after deleting one case it worked then added the second one to complete. The photographs are not as good quality on the cases as the actual photographs printed out but are acceptable. I am happy at the price I paid, I would not wish to pay more.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE DREADFUL PEOPLE .....THEY DO NOT DELIVER

Daughter ordered flowers for birthday Spa celebration at a hotel some 30 miles from home .... It snowed .... We all managed to get to the hotel no problem .... SERENATA FLOWERS DID NOT DELIVER THE FLOWERS BECAUSE IT SNOWED. Apparently it states in their small print that rain, snow etc could mean no delivery AND NO REFUND!!!! How that is legal I can't imagine. Not only did I have a very upset daughter who had ordered a "special gift" of flowers for her sister but my other daughter thought her sister had not bought her a gift! And then to add insult to injury and not only not deliver but REFUSE to give a refund........ AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Superb service

I recently purchased Tripp Trapp High chairs for my grand children and found the baby set and cushions on Lesters website at good prices so ordered two of each. At all stages the process was easy, communication was excellent and delivery was timely and arrived as promised within the specified time. I would recommend Lesters unreservedly.

IF I COULD GIVE MINUS SCORE I WOULD

1) Delivery of packages ..... waited in all day and no show. When tracked they had stated that they had been and left a card .... lies! No-one had called and we did not have a card. We had to collect the packages ourselves.

2) Collection of packages ... again waited in all day for collection. No show! Then you telephone customer Services on 08444 number only to be put on hold for over 15 minutes before I got fed up and hung up as it must have been costing me a fortune! The company who had arranged the collection also got nowhere with their account manager! I then telephoned a local depot number I found online .... they had answer message to leave your number and they would phone back. THEY DIDN'T! No surprise there!

They are appalling .... they are the worst courier service ever in my opinion and customer services are non existent! Rubbish.
