Had 2 deliveries this week both on time
Excellent price, excellent service will use again.

Not sure why they have to be so miserable
Delivery of 18 boxes of tiles. I was in the flat where the reception is poor so delivery driver went to voicemail. "we're not coming if you dont phone us back"
Returned call to charming man
"kerbside only" I was told beligerently.
Arrived and repeated "kerbside only"
They (yes there were 2 miserable drivers) dumped the tiles about 10 ft away from the lift so i had to then move them the extra 10ft that these 2 lovely men couldn't.
So, not so cheap but very miserable.

Inexpensive, in stock, as promised
This is an email I sent to customer services:
Hi there, just wanted to say that on the same day i had a delivery
from you and Wickes. Yours on time, announced in advance, very friendly driver who helped get £800 of equipment to the lift and helped fit it in. Wickes, a day late, 2 utterly miserable drivers who kept on saying "kerbside" and dumped 14 boxes of tiles exactly where i asked them not to.
Well done, hope business is good.
