The delivery by Yodel was atrocious - they claimed we weren't in when we were, didn't leave a calling card when they delivered elsewhere, and didn't update their tracking to say they had delivered.
The after-sales service from BambinoDirect in this situation was excellent, especially from Liz who quickly handled my anger, agreeing that I could send the goods back if I wanted to. The result is I kept them. So nice to have good service from a callcentre, and I am really happy with the goods.
