I bought a close ratio rear cassette and a tool for my "workshop", both had been reduced in the PBK sale. I placed the order and found I was going to get a free pair of Under Armour socks, couldn't see how to change the size from M though! Anyway, I had a notification later the same day to say my items had been dispatched. So I was very happy. Anyway, there was a knock at the door at about 9am and shock horror it was bits and pieces, amazing service, thank you very much, and the socks, well, my wife uses them now!!
I just popped on the website, entered my phone details, got the quote, which when I confirmed I wanted to go ahead was sent through on e-mail, printed the invoice popped it in the jiffy bag with my phone and sent it recorded delivery. The next day the I got confirmation the phone had been received and shortly after the funds were in my account. Dead easy!
