Brilliant service

Problem with a psi gauge on a pump, for a vango airbeam tent.
After emailing and getting no reply, I found out that my email spam filter was blocking emails from outdoor world.

Outdoor world phoned me and explained that a replacement pump would be sent.
Brilliant.
