I recieved a quote for the washer, cost £45, this incxluded £15 post and package.I telephoned and asked why so much? they said they used a currier service, as I did not want it delivered by a rolls royce I asked if they could maybe pop it in an envelope and use royal mail. This they reluctantly did. It arrive the next day, not only did the jet I ordered come, but the rest of the washer system, pipes and all, in a dirty soaking bubble wrapped parcel.The thing I was realy hacked off about was Euro spares sent me a quote the day after for £9.50. Ever had the feeling youve been ripped off?
