I selected to purchase a tv using the finance option. The website advised that my card payment had failed - although there was plenty of credit on it. I tried it again on the same card with the same response. I then tried another card which I knew had plenty of credit. Again these payment registered on the website as card failed. However when I checked my emails 3 order confirmations had been sent. We clarified this the next available day and 2 of them were cancelled - so we are told. At that stage we were told everything was on course and to await the call from the sales dept. That never came so on 9 june we phoned again. we were advised that the order had not gone through and we needed to re do it. We phoned PCR again just too clarify and were told a completely different story. We were now told that the order had gone through but we needed to contact the finance company. All in all a totally frustrating experience!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
