Nothing wrong with the company, but the website has caused some serious issues.
I'll quickly say that they were quickly and pleasantly resolved by the excellent telephone service, but the point is that I have had duplicated orders twice, no order at all once. I can only advise that if the site times out on payment DON'T assume the order has gone through. Phone to check.
The search system needs a lot of work. Some things could only be located after I phoned support and was told the specific product strings to enter. They did not come up on a simple subject search or a category search even though the codes were in that category.

I've used them for years both for repeat prescriptions and over the counter.
Service has always been fast and efficient and whenever there were glitches they were resolved quickly and often by them phoning me.
