Nothing wrong with the company, but the website has caused some serious issues.
I'll quickly say that they were quickly and pleasantly resolved by the excellent telephone service, but the point is that I have had duplicated orders twice, no order at all once. I can only advise that if the site times out on payment DON'T assume the order has gone through. Phone to check.
The search system needs a lot of work. Some things could only be located after I phoned support and was told the specific product strings to enter. They did not come up on a simple subject search or a category search even though the codes were in that category.

Easier to use the local pharmacy. They have problems taking orders, use a manual system at the doctors with a built in latency of three days, cannot trace your order, and have very unhelpful phone staff.
Last phone conversation after they had taken most of a week:
"What is your account number"
"I have never used it, I login with username and password."
"Well we need the account number."
"Where on the website is it then?"
"Oh, it isn't on the website....."
Very helpful. A system designed to fail when it is needed most and give the support staff a chance to be rude at the same time.
