Envirofone
Decent price but very, very slow payment.
Envirophone was offering the highest price of all the online phone recycling companies & was able to pay it directly into my bank with a single "fast payment". So I decided to try them out with my old phone to see what it was like. They sent me a package with a freepost envelope inside which I was to send my phone in. I posted it the same day & two days later, I received an email telling me they had the phone & the payment had been confirmed. This was on a Tuesday and it took 9 more days before my money arrived on the next Thursday. If I'd have known how slow it would have taken, I would have used another company
