Absolutely awful. The worst purchasing experience I have had. I should have got it from AMAZON.

Purchased item online on 29th March. Payment was made instantly. Delivery was to be within three days. On 2nd April tried to track order online. Order tracking not working. On 3rd April tried to track again. Whole website down as well as tracking.
Phoned Hombase. Automatic answering chaotic, went to wrong department after 5 mins wait. Transferred to correct department. Instant connection this time, only to be told when I gave the order number that there was no tracking record. Assistant said she would send another immediately!!!
I resent having to award one star.
I will never use Homebase again. It's superb Amazon for me from now on.

An excellent product delivered promptly and courteously

I purchased an oak TV corner unit after looking online for quite a while. This one was the right height, right size, and with useful cupboard space beneath a single wide gap for the electronics etc.

It was perfect with stunning looks, and is beautifully made.

Every visitor we have had since comments on its appearance and quality.

Told on the Wednesday 6th June by email that product had been shipped 1-2 working days. Still not delivered on the 9th June!

We have spoken to the courier and, as of yet, we have failed to receive confirmation as to where your order is. A member of staff has tried to ring you regarding the order, but has only reached an answer phone. If necessary, we will send a replacement out to ensure that you receive your goods.
