I find it hard to believe that BA, supposedly Britain's Premier Airline has fallen into the 'on-line' trap.
My Wife and I booked a "holiday of a life-time" to Bermuda, with on-line check-in. On arrival at Gatwick we checked our boarding cards on the "fast check-in" - we were nearly thirty rows apart and at different sides of the aircraft. "Hello" - we booked, paid for, and received tickets in the "Mr & Mrs category" - doesn't that indicate to someone, somewhere that we just might be: Married; Travelling together; to the Same destination - we live at the same address and have the same surname; Oh, and we might just want to sit together??
Please don't rely on computerised check-in. It would be nice to receive a special welcome, a personal service, and at least the decency to sit together given all the facts? BA "must try harder"
Great food, Great prices, Great staff, Great experience. The UK doesn't know how lucky it is to have Aldi.
