We are sorry your experience with SexHealth did not meet your expectations. I have checked your order and can confirm there was a slight delay between making your purchase and the dispatch of your item from our warehouse due to stock issues. You placed your order on the 26th of May and were informed on the 28th of May via email that there would be a delay. Your order was then dispatched on the 6th of June via Fedex.

In accordance with our terms and conditions - http://www.sexhealth.co.uk/delivery-information - although we do our utmost to ensure items are dispatched on the day you make your purchase, we do allow for up to 28 days between the order being placed and the item leaving our warehouse. In this instance, your order fell well within this timeframe (it was dispatched seven working days after the order was placed).

Regarding the issues you have experienced with tracking, this is a problem with the Fedex system and completely out of our control. We have however passed on your feedback to Fedex. I hope you don’t feel this is a reflection of us as we use Fedex due to their efficient, rapid service and excellent customer services facility, which allows people to track packages online or via the phone.
