What wonderful service I was given from start to finish,even got an email telling me the day of delivery and it was spot on.The sign I asked for was ten times better than I expected,excellent slate quality,cant wait to put it up.Even got a leaflet with all the erecting details, more than pleased...Gobsmacked. A few weeks ago I purchased a 6footby 2.5 foot storage shed. I put the shed together and all three doors had gaps, so I sent photos by email to waltons, they replied and said move the hinges closer to the door edge of the shed ,I tried this but I knew this would then leave me with gaps on the door edge!!! . I then reported this to Waltons who replied and they said the doors must have been cut short and they would gladly change a door!!! THERE ARE THREE DOORS!! During this time I purchased some wood and made good a very bad job. I told Waltons what Id done and asked for some kind of refund, they dont give out refunds.!!!! So I have given this up now. I think the funny thing is I live in Nottingham Head quarters of Waltons and when I ordered my shed they phoned to ask if I could take it sooner than my chosen delivery date GREAT (BUT) the spare door when I wanted THREE would take about seven days!!!!! Not a happy bunny and will not deal with this company again. I believe that this is a very big problem now super when they are taking your money but crap with after sales service......
