Worked hard to keep a Client happy
When my booked journey Newcastle to Perth had to be re-scheduled to terminate at Edinburgh, City-Ling put me up at a good and convenient hotel in Edinburgh, and re scheduled my total trip from Edinburgh to Inverness the next morning. Above and beyond normal Customer Service by far. Well done City-Link.
Airport Parking Quote
Went well, and easily
I found the Car Parking that I was looking for, at a very reasonable rate, easily. The booking and payment was similarly easy (despite my bungling the start date), and editing my initial mistake was no problem online. Only slight downside was that although I had amended my start date, the initial (and only) response by Email from the Airport Parking still quoted the initial & incorrect start date. Easily remedied by going in to manage my Booking, and re printing the amended dats however.
