Fantastic brewery service poor delivery firm

Cannot fault the brewery for updates on purchase and quality on goods when arrived. However the delivery firm uk mail let the site down somewhat. They delivered my parcel to an address across the road leaving no card to let me know where parcel was and with a household I didn't know. The occupiers brought the parcel to me asking was I not going to collect 2 days later. Most embarrassing as I had no idea they had the item !!!!!
