I exercised my right under the DSRs to cancel an order with them as Yodel had lost the delivery. However Currys are refusing, in clear contravention of the law! Decided to Section 75 them instead.
No card, nothing. "Unable to contact consignee" on their online tracking (they had my phone number and address, what more did they need?), but more to the point no contact details for them. So I have no way of trying to arrange redelivery or even collecting the item.
Decided to cancel the order under the DSRs but Currys are refusing, claiming they need the goods delivered back to them first (they do not). Will have to Section 75 them instead!
