Shopping online is so much easier than shopping in person! The site is easy to use and delivery drivers are always friendly, polite and punctual - 5/5 for their service!

Favourite online fashion site
The quality of Boohoo clothes are not bad at all and decently priced. The clothes are stylish and up to date and the sizes are more or less accurate to real size. I have received compliments from friends for every item I have bought online from Boohoo. The layout of the website is really easy to use too as you can narrow your searches down by size, colour or style.
Boohoo customer service department are friendly and helpful. I once requested a next-day delivery and I received an e-mail apologising that due to 'unexpected delay' I will get my purchased items later than expected. I received full refund of the delivery and and a discount code too. The refund policy and procedure is simple and easy. I normally receive my refund within the time period stated in the e-mail so I don't need to chase them up which makes my life easier!
I would recommend Boohoo to anyone!
