service was fine but didn't supply all the products i paid for

Initially service was good, but will have at least a 2 week delay for products you have taken money for. If i had known it was going to take two weeks i would not have brought them, they told me a few days, but now at least 2 weeks delay and still no confirmation of delivery date. Very disappointing
