It's so difficult to select the right options and not get tricked into buying extra travel insurance or something. I only use Ryanair when I'm desperate purely because of the difficulty in using the website. I always end up having to go back and forwards so many times changing things it has sneakily added in.
Also, I'm pretty sure it's illegal that they don't have an option for a free card payment. There's no way to avoid a card fee at the minute, unless you pay £150 up front for a Ryanair credit card.
The menus aren't displayed in the same format as the restaurants they represent, leading to delivery orders. At first we thought it was just coincidence but as we live in a large group of student flats we worked out it was a common problem.
Tonight I ordered from Dixy Chicken, and the justeat order summary states that we paid for 4 drinks, 2 fries and 6 things of chicken. The delivery guy when he arrived did give us our chicken, but only 1 drink and 1 fries. He even checked it with the kitchen.
The problem is JustEat doesn't accurately reflect the menus. And who am I supposed to ask for a refund from? Just Eat accept no liability, even though THEIR email told me what I had ordered, and Dixy Chicken say the order they got was different from the one I sent.
