Have used Moonpig for a few years....cards always arrived on time and are a good quality...just ordered another so hope I'm not tempting fate by saying that :) haven't had cause to use the customer service up to now so can't comment on how efficient they are....think the search option was better on the old site...if you search for a certain card eg son, age and so forth.. it doesn't really come up with what you asked for...but apart from that cannot fault the site.
Ordered a Christmas welcome light which unfortunately was faulty on arrival...phoned the company and they immediately arranged for a replacement to be delivered and the faulty lights to be picked up....they also phoned back to see if we would like an alternative as they were not happy with the two left in stock and felt it was unfair to send them out....the replacement lights arrived the next day....and I must say I prefer them to the original lights I ordered....cannot recommend this company enough and will definately use them again.
I ordered a garden bench...even though it was a bank holiday the delivery was extremely quick...unfortunately one of the slats had been damaged... without any hassle they sent out a replacement bench and I received it the next day even though it was a Saturday...they even said I could keep the damaged bench...you can't be fairer than that!...lovely to deal with a company that cares about their customers....defiantly would recommend and use them again :))
