dont use this company

i do not order any goods which use these guys. they never deliver on time or date, which means i have to pick up from there depot. their depot is miles away and the staff are stupid. i was told that my driving liscence was not a valid for of ID. i needed a utility bill , when i returned with it a different member of staff said i didnt need it.

free delivery is not free then!!!

i ordered a trampoline with free delivery , i reiecved a phone call telling me that i had to pay another £38 for delivery. promptly cancelled the order and ordered it from another supplier with free delivery which i didnt have to pay for. wasted my time

We have a 'Delivery Information' page that is linked to from every single page on the web site. It is found on the bottom footer under the 'Customer Services' header. The 3rd point on this page states that the 'free delivery' does not cover all postcodes. It then shows the poscodes that are excluded.

The internet site cannot distinguish where an order is to be delivered, we would like it but the cost was prohibitive.
