Bought these fantastically cheap replacement brushes for my Oral B toothbrush not only did they arrive the next day and true to word they fitted like the original one. I have advised friends and family that they dont need to spend extra to get the original replacement heads as these do the same job and fit like a glove. So thank you Molarclean and will keep on buying from you in the future too.
I still havent received my trainers yet even though they were supposed to have been dispatched on the 1/6/2012. Besides this when i ordered these without thinking i gave my home address for it to be delivered and within 5 minutes i realized that there wouldnt be anyone at home to receive it i emailed back straight away and asked for it to be delivered to my office address, but i never got a reply back that my request would be carried out even though i wrote three times concerning this.

I have taken a further look into your customer account, and in your customer history. I have not found any support tickets or calls from yourself about your order. If you had contacted us directly right away, we would have been able to update the address on your order.
As such, I have tracked your order that was shipped out on the 1st June, and tracking shows that it was delivered to a neighbour by the Enfield home delivery service on the 7th June at 17.35, so that neighbour should have it.
If this is not the case, you can contact your local service centre and if this doesn't help, please don't hesitate to contact us at 020 3026 9854 Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. so that we can launch an inquiry with Yodel to find out where your consignment is and who collected it.
