When something goes wrong (which it has done several times with them now) They are very difficult to deal with.
How can a company take your money - damage your order so it's not fit for purpose - then offer you £20 compensation (which even then is not easy to get - getting a job on Wall Street would be less challenging!)
Cheap yes. Quality no.

Buying from eBay can be good (if you don't have issues with courier companies!)
But as a seller, personal or business - The fees are extortionate. Far too expensive now a days.
Used to be good but went down hill now, look else where for selling.
Why go anywhere else? Fresh, well priced, varied produce.
Never been let down yet by Aldi.
Superb.
Think this companies employees use my parcels as a football before I get it.
Local depot from me, in Motherwell I think, -Good grief I've had better customer service from a new start at McDoanlds.
The manager there is extremely arrogant - over heard a conversation between him and someone that was dealing with one of my problems (failure to delivery on time, on their behalf's) on the phone. He couldn't care less.
Go out your way to avoid. Used before and not had a problem but when the get it wrong IT'S A NIGHTMARE.

Countless problems with this company. Between receiving my order damaged, or not receiving it at all ( I work from home and have a camera at the front door - no one turned up on the day they said they did)
Two orders of out 10's of orders are the only ones that went right. (wouldn't have placed these orders if I knew Yodel would be delivering them!)
Do yourself a favour. Avoid like the plague.
Bought equipment for a new marine tank and received the order the next working day (which was free) and they even gave me a time slot, to the hour, of when my order would arrive.
Really great service.
