Poor experience

I purchased items online with Ellis Brigham and using the option to pay with Paypal. I was charged immediately and the funds deducted, however two days later I receive a mail saying that the items were out of stock and would not be back in until the winter as they were end of season items. I was offered the option to get the items at less 10% when they return.

The 3 day turnaround was not ideal as I needed the items for the weekend, then to find out I had been charged the minute I checked out and that a refund to my paypal would not return to my debit card, thus incurring charges to withdraw the money.

Personally I will never use Ellis Brigham again.

Thanks for the feedback and sorry about the Paypal/stock issue. Although we only show items on the site that are in stock, discrepancies can sometimes lead to issues like this, and unfortunately we have to process refunds in the same format that was originally used to make the payment, which is why the money was refunded to Paypal.
