No Problem

Everything seemed to go smoothly, it was nice to get an email saying the flowers had been delivered.

Didn't keep to their word

Delivery said 2-3 days it took 11 days. The money was taken from the bank the day after ordering, didn't wait until despatched. After waiting a week I contacted them and they said they would phone back which they didn't I had to phone them two days later. I am pleased with the item now I have received it.

Due to the Bank Holidays we had late deliveries and the closure over the Royal Weekend caused issues. We should have updated you about the delay. I am glad though now that you have the water feature you are pleased with it.
