I ordered what i thought was a wireless stat in chrome. A stat came but was in white. Got in touch with the company and they were great and ordered me another one in chrome. so went on holiday for the bank holiday weekend came back and my husband opened the stat and said it was the totally wrong one. Emailed the company and they cancelled the one they ordered and re ordered the right one and this was all done within 2 weeks. there was constant emails on how the order was coming along they delivered it in a time and day scale to my specification. I am more than happy with this company and certainly recommend them to all my friends thanks to all involved with my order.
